About

HealthScene Ohio

The State Medical Board of Ohio welcomes you to HealthScene Ohio, a quarterly magazine to engage Ohio medical licensees and their patients with positive editorial spotlighting the people, practices and events that enrich, serve and protect the state. The Board has partnered with CityScene Media Group, a Columbus-based publisher, to produce the magazine.

Welcome to HealthScene Ohio!

In every issue you will find editorial featuring statewide medical issues affecting Ohioans, success stories told by patients and their medical professionals and regional profiles of doctors who are oftentimes involved in groundbreaking research or service organizations. These are stories that communicate what Ohio professionals are doing to advance the quality of healthcare and quality of life for all Ohioans.

The magazine includes easy-to-read question and answer columns with doctors from all over the state, features spotlight massage therapists, genetics and allied medicine professionals and a Bookmarks section keeps you up-to-date on the latest health and fitness studies, books, apps and websites.

HealthScene is mailed to more than 35,000 MDs, DOs, DPMs and licensed massage therapists throughout Ohio, with BONUS distribution to waiting rooms, hospitals and health departments. The magazine is also available online and in digital format with pages that flip and ads that click.

We want to hear from you—call or email ideas for stories and profiles you would like to see in an upcoming issue. Editor Nathan Collins, 614-572-1250; ncollins@cityscenecolumbus.com
